REGISTRATION AND ENTRY
Applicable GST:
The prevailing Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the rate of 18% shall be applicable
to the registration fee, as per prevailing regulations.
Mandatory Registration:
Registration is mandatory for all Delegates seeking to participate in the Conference and its official proceedings.
AWM 2027 Registration Entitlement:
Each AWM 2027 Registration provides two exclusive Entry Passes — one for the registered Delegate
and one for Accompanying Person.
Entry Privilege:
All the registered attendees shall be entitled to access the designated
Conference proceedings and official programme, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.

ACCOMPANYING PERSONS — HOSPITALITY & CONFERENCE ACCESS
Accompanying Persons are warmly welcomed to enjoy the Tea Breaks and High Buffet Lunch arranged as part of the Conference hospitality.
For Conference Sessions, Accompanying Persons may attend strictly as Listeners/Observers and are welcome to benefit from the academic
and professional proceedings.
However, Accompanying Persons are not eligible to present papers, deliver presentations, participate as speakers,
or access presenter/delegate privileges associated with the Conference Sessions.
All Conference participation and access privileges remain subject to the official registration category and applicable Conference guidelines.
REGISTRATION DOES NOT INCLUDE
The AWM 2027 Registration Fee covers participation in the programme and does not include the following
Delegate expenses, which shall be borne separately by the respective delegate:
Travel & Transportation
All domestic and international travel, including airfare, rail, road transportation,
airport transfers, and related travel costs.
Accommodation
Hotel accommodation and any associated lodging expenses during the AWM 2027 programme.
Personal & Incidental Expenses
All personal expenses, including meals outside the programme, local transportation, communication,
shopping, insurance, and other incidental costs.
Please Note:
Delegates are requested to make their own arrangements for travel, accommodation,
and personal expenses. All such expenses shall be the sole responsibility of the respective delegate.
