    PRESENTATION GUIDELINES – AWM 2027

All AWM 2027 presenters are encouraged to review and adhere to the following presentation guidelines. These recommendations are designed to ensure a professional standard across all presentations.

Presenters are requested to carefully observe the prescribed requirements and best practices to facilitate a seamless and engaging experience for speakers, delegates, and distinguished guests.

    GUIDELINES TO DATA BLITZ PRESENTATIONS

A Data Blitz Presentation is a concise oral presentation designed to communicate the essence of a research study, highlighting its purpose, methodology, principal findings, and key outcomes within a strictly limited timeframe. The format is intended to enable presenters to convey their most significant research insights with clarity, precision, and impact, while allowing meaningful interaction with the audience.

Each oral presentation is allocated 7 minutes. (5 minutes for presentation and the remaining 2 minutes reserved for questions and discussion with the attendees) Timings will be rigidly adhered to.

Hence, plan your slides as per the following sections:

Slide – 1: Title and Presenter

Slide – 2: Introduction, Purpose and Objectives

Slide – 3: Methodology and Research Approach

Slide – 4: Key Findings and Results

Slide – 5: Discussion, Implications and Conclusion

A visually focused presentation enables the audience to listen, understand, and engage with the research, rather than reading extensive text from the screen.

Each delegate is required to submit the final presentation in PDF format. The submitted PDF should reflect the final version of the presentation to be delivered during the Data Blitz session.

    Please Note:

The Session Chairs will be instructed to adhere to the printed schedule.

Presenters are requested to report to the session room at least 30 minutes before the start of their session to introduce themselves to the session chair.

Each session room will be set with an LCD Projector, a Microphone, and a Laser Pointer. A presentation Laptop will be provided in the session room – No personal laptops will be permitted.

We appreciate the cooperation of all Session Chairs and Presenters in ensuring the smooth, punctual, and professional conduct of every session.
