The Centre for Women Development (CWD) is established in 2015 and it is dedicated to gender equality and the empowerment of women to advance their careers with demonstrated results. The CWD organizes enriching programmes in an inclusive environment to accelerate progress on women in science and technology. It develops the confidence and skillsets to create a more meaningful life and lift up and celebrate their ambitions.
