3rd Industry Leadership Conclave and Awards – ILCA 2021

The The 3rd Industry Leadership Conclave and Awards – ILCA 2021, is a premier event for exchange of information on the Higher education learning and research. It was hosted by the Centre for Leadership Development (CLD) of Venus International Foundation – VIF on 6th November 2021 at Chennai.

The ILCA 2021 invites Faculty Member working in Academic Institutions and in the frontiers of Agricultural Sciences – Engineering – Health and Medical Sciences – Humanities and Social Sciences – Management – Science – Veterinary and Animal Sciences.

It also support collaborative relationships among academic professionals to create/disseminate new models/trends in higher education practice and to exchange views on Tutoring and Mentoring systems, Theoretical, Pedagogical and methodological issues

The ILCA 2021 gathered 30 live attendees from organizations. It firmly established its position as the country’s important and dedicated international platform for faculty and scholars. Our heartfelt gratitude to Keynote Speakers, Attendees and Partners who were the cornerstone of ILCA's success.
