1st Industry Leadership Conclave and Awards – ILCA 2019

The The 1st Industry Leadership Conclave and Awards – ILCA 2019, is a premier event for exchange of information on the Higher education learning and research. It was hosted by the Centre for Leadership Development (CLD) of Venus International Foundation – VIF on 2nd November 2019 at Chennai.

The ILCA 2019 invites Faculty Member working in Academic Institutions and in the frontiers of Agricultural Sciences – Engineering – Health and Medical Sciences – Humanities and Social Sciences – Management – Science – Veterinary and Animal Sciences.

It also support collaborative relationships among academic professionals to create/disseminate new models/trends in higher education practice and to exchange views on Tutoring and Mentoring systems, Theoretical, Pedagogical and methodological issues

The ILCA 2019 gathered 40 live attendees from organizations in 4 countries around the globe. It firmly established its position as the country’s important and dedicated international platform for faculty and scholars.
