Sudha born on June 1983 at Vellore, Tamilnadu, India.

M. S Sudha is an alumnus of D.K.M College for Women, Vellore. She obtained her Bachelor of Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree from University of Madras, Chennai, Tamilnadu, India in 2003.

Further, She has completed M.Com in the faculty of Commerce from the Thiruvalluvar University, Vellore, Tamilnadu, India during the year 2005.

She has completed CWA Final from Institute of Cost and Work Accountants of India (ICWAI) during 2005.

She is a Former Deputy Manager – Southern Petrochemical Industries Corporation Ltd (SPIC), India and has a 11 years of experience.

She has worked in various Accounting Standard Compliances, Compilation of Annual Report, Tax Compliances and Handling of Accounts and Budget preparation.
