Welcome to the official webpage of the 2nd Higher Education Leadership Meet - HELM 2019!

The Leadership in today's Higher Education (HE) is complicated by the social, economic and policy contexts that demands dynamic persons with a new set of skills and capabilities. The HE Leaders understand the people with whom they work (Students, Faculty, Administrative and Support Staff) – their roles, the function of their specific jobs and the larger organizational structure. HE today is experiencing significant change from curricula, technology, practices, student affairs, and recruitment, also challenged with accreditors, students, and parents. To be successful in HE, the leaders must be effective, flexible and intuitively cognizant of the unique factors that characterize most campus environments.
